Welcome to Lucky Aurum’s giveaway platform. By entering any of our prize promotions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United States, age 18 or older.

• Void where prohibited by law or regulation.

• Employees of Lucky Aurum, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Entry Period

• Each giveaway has a clearly stated start and end date and time (all times are CST).

• Entries received before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

1. Register by providing a valid email address via our website form.

2. Confirm your entry by clicking the verification link sent to that email.

3. One (1) entry is awarded per unique, confirmed email address.

4. Referral Bonus Entries

• Share your unique referral link with friends.

• One (1) extra entry is awarded for each friend who registers and confirms their email using your link.

• No limit on the number of referral entries, but all referred entries must be valid and confirmed within the Entry Period.

• Self-referral or dummy accounts will lead to disqualification.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners are chosen at random using a computerized draw within five (5) business days after the Giveaway ends.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries.

6. Prize

• Prize details (model, color, retail value) are specified in each giveaway announcement.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash equivalent is offered.

• Lucky Aurum reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Notification & Claim

• Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the drawing.

• Winners must respond within ten (10) business days to claim their prize.

• If a winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

• By accepting a prize, the winner grants Lucky Aurum the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Use of Data

• All personal data collected is subject to our Privacy Policy.

• Information is used to administer giveaways, notify winners, and send marketing communications (opt-out available).

10. Disqualification
Lucky Aurum reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant who:

• Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• Uses multiple email addresses, fake accounts, or any form of automated entry.

• Engages in disruptive or fraudulent behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Lucky Aurum is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Aurum’s liability is limited to the value of the prize.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

13. General

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws.

• Lucky Aurum’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
